Overview

As you head into the Ski Ranches, you're quickly greeted with a picturesque locals community. With winding roads, vast vegetation, and plenty of space between houses, the location ensures lots of privacy. The community, however, is not accessible by the Mountain Village car service, Dial-A-Ride, or the free gondola, so make sure you have transportation for the duration of your stay when choosing this optimal family oasis.

The open-concept living area is beautifully decorated complete with a custom, well-appointed kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a large, rustic dining table. There is a separate TV room and a large deck complete with a BBQ and several seating options, just in case you or your group would like to spend time outdoors. With a fresh, clean, rustic, farmhouse-chic vibe, the only trouble you may have with this property is having to leave.

Our stay was exceptional! Beautiful, comfortable, and cozy home. Location PERFECT as it was only a quick trip to Mountain Village/Telluride. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying here and we’re so disappointed this time around. First there were people coming and going the entire time doing work. It seemed like the home wasn’t ready for guests but they rented it anyway. The biggest issue with the septic system. We were given no heads up on any septic issues. We noticed the huge hole with smelly water but were told everything was perfect during the walk through when we arrived. We came back from hiking the last day to construction work and a septic guy telling us he it was a full failure and we couldn’t use the deck or open the windows because of the smell. It was 75 degrees and there was no air conditioning, so we were miserable inside to say the least. We were also told to conserve water and not shower…after hiking all day. It ruined the end of our trip. I spoke with management and they said they would make it right and refund us for the troubles and now everyone has ghosted us. I have followed up 10+ times. I am so disappointed with this stay. I never leave reviews but felt it was warranted so others know.
