This is 2nd year we have stayed in this unit. Last year I only gave it a 3 due to poor response from property management when it came to issues while there and no working washer/dryer. This year… what an improvement! New washer/dryer were available in unit for use which is awesome. I called and within 2 hrs someone came and took care of the 3 issues we had. This unit is in perfect location especially for ski season. Hot tub is a definite plus after a long ski day. Very comfortable and spacious. Great unit. We will stay again next year.

Great high end well equipped condo. True ski in ski out as well. The views off the living room and porch are top notch. Master bedroom is a gem as well with extra room and a fireplace.

Condo & location 10/10. Customer service and maintenance 1/10. In description of property it clearly states “Pack light, washer & dryer in unit”….NOT!!! Evidently from a December(rented in March) review the W/D was not available at that time either. Not sure what has taken 3 months + to get W/D issue fixed but guests should be made aware PRIOR to renting. Called first night of 5 night stay that the toilet in bunk room wouldn’t flush properly. Was told would tell maintenance. Next morning in 2nd bedroom my son took his ski base layer off shelf in closet and they were soaked. Water leaking from humidifier whose tubing was full of mold! Since we had NO washer/dryer we had to go buy him new base layer so he could ski. Called again and discussed toilet issue and now the humidifier leak. Again was told would send someone and we gave permission for them to enter unit while we were gone. Nothing but lip service! No one EVER came. When you are spending $12,000 for a 6 night stay I would expect better service. There was also worthless counter microwave in there that was manufactured in 2002!! Need to invest a couple hundred bucks on a new one.

This place was wonderful. What was not was the lack of accuracy in a washer dryer and the management groups lack of responsibility.
