The shuttle service was the very best

The house size and layout was as expected. The WiFi was an issue as they didn’t provide accurate instructions. The driveway, sidewalk and patios were completely ice covered from snow melts weeks earlier. Our SUV slide down the driveway into the street. The garbage feom a proud guest wasn’t well picked up and tampons and other small trash was frozen into the uncovered drive. We ran out of tray bags and toilet paper - and were told we had to buy our own (but the they did bring us some). The transportation program was great.

Big house with lots of room. Large well-furnished kitchen. Plenty of community space. Close to telluride gondola and mountain village market. Excellent communication with the host.

A beautiful house with lots of space and a kitchen with the basics covered and then some. For a group of 10 skiers the issue was not having a good place to put skis as the garage is not accessible to guests and the entry way is too nice for them. Guest services was helpful, but it took multiple contacts to get what was needed. Ensure your reservation information includes the Dial-A-Ride code and that you reserve a ski locker as soon as you receive the information.

Pros: Great location, pet friendly, wonderful views, easy check in and communication. Cons: No hot tub, fireplace did not work, furniture/carpet dated and needs updating but understandable with pets, sits directly on a busy street. All in all, it was a very nice stay and would recommend if pets are important.
