Overview

Breathtaking mountain views surround the windows of this fantastic condo just 80 yards from the ski run. It's just a quick walk down San Joaquin Road to The Market in Mountain Village, where you can pick up all your groceries. Also in that plaza is the Intercept gondola that'll bring you to the Mountain Village core. So, you've got the grocery store and the Telluride Ski Resort at your fingertips.

Once inside, you're blown away by the incredible views. They draw you into the living room, past the well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating for six, past the formal dining area, and right into the heart of the open-concept condo. There you'll find a gas fireplace, a TV, a card table, access to a small deck with outdoor furniture, and a queen sofa bed. Right down the hall, you'll discover three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a couple of steam showers, along with a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. This place has everything you need to enjoy a summer or winter vacation in Telluride. Plus, unbeatable views!

The location was great. The house had everything you could possible need in the kitchen. We would definitely stay in the building again if the hot tub and elevators were working.

We loved the view and location to the market and gondola. The unit needs some TLC and updating for sure; dirty carpet that is coming up in areas, worn out furniture with holes and lumpy, bathrooms dated and need more hooks for towels, beds not very comfortable, no overhead lights in rooms and only tiny lamps provided so dark, and screens for many of the windows were missing so lots of bugs get in if you leave them open. Well equipped kitchen. This place could be great with some attention and updating.

Our family very much enjoyed our time at Lorian 14. The views from every window were stunning. Easy access to the ski lifts made skiing in and out an enjoyable. The unit was well stocked and comfortable.

The condo was fantastic and allowed us to really enjoy staying at at mountain retreat. There were some maintenance issues which were readily resolved and the property had a lot of great amenities for our entire family to enjoy. The beds and bedding were comfortable and we really liked the space.
