Overview
Certain people can't stop chasing winter. 'Never summer!' they say. You might find them in Portillo, Chile, during August or jet-setting around to the ski mountains in the Northern Hemisphere in February. You can't ever be close enough to the lift for these people. Base layers double as pajamas, alarms go off before the sun rises, and coffee makers are on a timer to minimize the time it takes to get on the hill. Those are the days they live for. For those cold, frozen mornings following winter snowstorms. For the fresh tracks and knee-deep powder. For snowy hair and icy eyelashes.
Cimarron 28 was made for people like these. This condo is steps from the mountain, with mere moments between sitting on your couch and sitting on the chairlift. And who needs more room than that anyway? Everyone knows there's no such thing as friends on a powder day.

The unit was close to everything.
A great condo and spacious for four adults, beds were comfortable, plenty of living room and dining room seating, plenty of glasses, silverware, dishes, pots and pans. The grill mentioned is in the middle of the walkway area outside of the condo. Not a true ski-in, ski-out but pretty close. Couple minute walk to lift 7. We were told there was a ski locker below the condo for us to use. There was no key for it. After calling and texting with staff, they said we could have one in Mountain Village, which makes no sense and would have been extremely inconvenient since this condo is at the base of Lift 7 in Telluride. Someone apparently dropped the key off in the condo while we were not there the day before we were leaving. Questionable brown stain on a pillow in the room with the twin beds. Upstairs carpet looked pretty gross. Toilet seat lid and sliding screen door were broken.
Bring your own lap top or tablet if you hope to watch tv in the bed rooms. Televisions are CD or VHS only.
The condo was comfortable and quiet at night with easy access to the mountain and town. The kitchen was well stocked. There was coffee provided which meant we did not have to run to the store the first night. So thoughtful!
the condo was clean and well kept in a nice lodge. we were disappointed that the bathroom celing fan was never repaired after we made contact by both text & phone. we were told there would be a partial refund but no one has made contact. TV in master didnt work
