Nice condo and close to the gondola area. My only complaint would be that with the construction right now (fences) and the lack of snow, it is DEFINITELY not a ski-in and ski out. If you have small kids, you can't even hike it. However, the shuttle was super easy to figure out and I didn't mind it at all.

Very comfortable clean unit and easy access to the sloped

Great ski Inn/ski out condo. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The shuttle service was convenient as well.

The condo was great and conveniently located on the slopes. If you are walking to the village area, note that it is quite an uphill walk on the way back to the condo. Everything was great in the condo. My only complaint was that the noise from the unit above in the mornings was VERY LOUD. Everyone in our unit was woken up whenever the upstairs guests started walking around. It sounded like they were stomping around in the ski boots for an hour every morning. Other than that, everything was great.

The condo was clean and comfortable. As others have stated it is slightly dated. Lighting in the bedrooms is not bright with just table lamps. Small but functional kitchen with almost every needed item (plateware, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, coffee maker and Keurig). First floor location that requires steps up from the parking lot. Neighbors above can be noisy when stomping around. Conflicting check-out instructions, the paper instructions given at check-in state you do not have to do anything when checking out (other than leaves the key cards), the email check-out instructions ask you to strip the beds. We stripped the beds, ran the dishwasher, took out the garbage. This is not a true ski-in/ski-out as stated in the property listing. There are a couple options to get to the nearest slope but all involved climbing a snow bank. It is possible to ski/snowboard back to the parking lot but not entirely easy (important for families with small children who may book this for being ski-in/ski-out). Best way back is head to the Stampede green run and look for the Bear Claw condos. After the last Bear Claw condo building pick a spot to traverse down and follow the packed snow trail to the parking lot. Overall a good place to stay at Steamboat Springs.

Location, hot tub, staff were great. Furniture is old and worn.
