Torian Plum Plaza 203

Location was perfect

Unit was clean and very comfortable. Location is excellent. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Torian Plum Plaza Unit 203 was perfect for our family's Steamboat vacation. The beds were comfortable and warm. Even the pullout bed in the living room couch was comfortable which usually is not the case. Everything in the unit was as described and fully functional. The ski in ski out ability was perfect. One floor down from the unit to the snow. The ski locker next to the door of the unit was helpful. We rented our skis at Torian Sports a few feet away from the building. The staff there were incredibly helpful and very friendly. Direct access to the Wild Blue gondola, Christy Peak Express quad and Steamboat gondola was about 50 yards away and very easy to get to. There are many restaurants to choose from right outside the door as well. Its a very convenient condo location. Getting downtown for other dinner options and groceries was simple.as well. The elevators made bringing skis and luggage to and from the room easy as well. Its directly connected to the underground garage via a short hallway. There are also luggage carts and small grocery carts to simplify those chores too. The pool and 3 hot tubs were great. Easy to get to via a short 1minute walk from the building. Pool towels and 2 changing rooms are available poolside for the cold snowy times. Overall a fantastic stay. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo offers great amenities. It is well stocked. It comes with shampoos, soaps, lotions, laundry supplies, dish washing supplies, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Many times the owners only provide “starter kits” but this unit goes above and beyond. The beds are comfy. You can see the slopes from your porch. The building is located in the thick of it all. The gym and pool was nice. The garage and ski locker was a bonus.

Perfect condo for our family of four.

This was our third stay at Torian Plum in Steamboat, and Unit 203 did not disappoint! As always, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and even offered a bellman who assisted with transporting our luggage from our rental SUV up to the second-floor unit. The balcony view is pleasant—though not extraordinary—but we don’t choose Torian Plum for the scenery. We choose it for the unbeatable convenience to the slopes. The ski locker for Unit 203 is located right outside the front door, which made our morning routine incredibly easy: grab skis and poles, take the elevator down one floor, walk through a short hallway, and step into the courtyard. From there, it’s roughly 100 steps to the staging area, and you’re clipped in and heading to one of the two gondolas. Truly super convenient. The unit itself is very well decorated, and the bathrooms feel comparable to what you would expect in a nice hotel. For coffee drinkers, the kitchen is equipped with both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. The unit is also well stocked with dishware, pots, pans, and utensils—everything you need for a comfortable stay. One thing to note: the pool and hot tubs are located behind the adjoining Torian Plum building, so it’s a short walk to get there, but it’s absolutely worth it after a full day on the slopes. Lastly, we highly recommend Torian Sports for ski and snowboard rentals. Their shop is located right next to the Torian Plum building, and renting this unit qualifies you for a great discount (approximately 25–30%) on rentals. Overall, we loved this condo and highly recommend Unit 203 for your next Steamboat vacation!
