This particular unit is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.

Completely remodeled and refurnished, this luxury condo features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, new carpet, cabinets, and bathroom tile to allow each guest to relax in style. The well-equipped kitchen features a spacious breakfast bar and dining area offering everyone a place to spread out or enjoy meals together. The living area is comfortable and rustic with a gas fireplace and exposed wooden beams on the vaulted ceilings. Plus, there is a private balcony accessible from the living room and primary bedroom to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine!

The primary bedroom features an attached bathroom. There is a queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom and an additional full bathroom right next door. For extra sleeping space, there is a sofa bed in the living area.

We enjoyed our stay in Steamboat in this well-appointed suite in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfy with everything we needed. The bedrooms and common areas are spacious, and the views of the street (with the pine trees all lit up) were nice. The shuttle service was amazing - we never waited more than 5 minutes to get to the slopes or to/from town. You really don't need a car, but if you bring one, parking is easy and always available. The only negative with this unit is that it is on the third floor with no elevator (as was readily disclosed in the description, so we knew what we were getting into). But what we didn't fully appreciate going in was that the ski locker is also on the third floor - it's a wooden closet just outside the room that is only big enough to hold skis/boards and poles, so you have to haul all your gear wearing your ski boots up and down the stairs. If you've got kids, it's a workout, especially at the end of a long day on the slopes. The positives generally make up for this negative, but know what to expect going in!

We loved staying at the Lodge at Steamboat. Super easy walk to the gondola. Although, the condo and resort offer ski storage, we decided to rent a locker at the base so we didn’t have to carry skis and boots. Condo was clean, furnished well, and stocked with cooking supplies. We would stay again!

This condo was very cozy and comfortable. Only thing missing was being on the third floor - be aware if you have skis and big luggage. It was a hard workout to carry them up. Worth it for the view.
