This cozy, family friendly condo features a gas fireplace in the living area and an exposed wooden beam ceiling which really adds to its charm. As with all of the condos here, there is a well-equipped, full kitchen and a roomy dining area. For outdoor dining, the furnished patio with a table and chairs is accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. Embracing the crisp, refreshing climate of the Rockies, this home relies on cool mountain breezes rather than central air conditioning. The Bedrooms:

The primary bedroom features an attached bathroom. There is a twin-over-full bunk bed and a separate twin in the second bedroom. There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living area for additional guests you may have.

I will start with what I loved- the home is lovely, clean, and in a great location. Constructive criticism- the communication was off and the condo wasn’t well stocked. I asked repeatedly before leaving about whether there was a parking garage (our car plus cargo box often can’t fit and we like to know what to expect before we leave) I still have not had the question answered (obviously I figured it out when I got there) as they said they would ask the property and get back to us. It’s outside parking if you need to know. We also realized there were no dish washer pods and both body wash dispensers were empty. Lastly, the indoor hot tub is in a completely separate building and only accommodates five people. You have to walk outdoors to the front office to get to it. The location and niceness of the condo make up for these issues. The shuttle driver was so kind and friendly and the shuttle is super convenient. I would just like the owners to work on communication and to make sure every thing is stocked and ready to go between rentals. The front desk people are a touch on the rude side. We got to the office at 3:55 and they made us wait till exactly 4 to even begin checking in (even though this process usually takes at least 5 minutes). But the way they said it was a little rude. Niceness goes a long way. After the person made my husband wait a line formed and we had to wait even longer for them to help other guests

Great location! Once we figured out the heating system (had to keep the thermostats 80 degrees or higher) it was quite nice. Definitely has room to improve when it comes to kitchen supplies.

We liked the location. Easy access and no issues with parking. The split AC was a blessing during a heatwave, but be aware that there is no AC in the 2nd bedroom. It stayed fairly comfortable by leaving the AC running in the living room and keeping the bedroom door open. Also be aware that there are almost no "extras" in the kitchen. Salt, pepper, and 2 or 3 spices was all there was. They left coffee for us but no sugar. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at The Lodge at Steamboat for 5 nights in March 2025 and enjoyed it very much. The unit is older and shows it's age a bit, but I believe this is well represented in the online listing pictures, is common in a condo community this age in Steamboat Springs, and is somewhat reflected in the price. That said, I hope the price isn't raised further. The complex amenities, especially the shuttles, are great! The kids also loved the hot chocolate in the lobby area. We will stay here again.
