If you go here a peak season it is a ski in and ski out. For spring skiing you had to walk through T-bar which wasn’t such a bad thing.

We had a group of 6 guys stay in this condo. It is amazing the condo has so many beds and so much room. We loved having all the space and the amenities like the hot tub and ski lockers. Be warned, no elevator so be ready for stairs!

We’ve stayed in a few different Kutuk units over the years. We like the property and the proximity to the resort. A few things on the property - all units we’ve stayed in are split levels with steps into the living areas and up to the bedrooms. This particular property is really a 2 bedroom with an open loft on a third level that has 3 twin beds and a half bath. Perfect for kids but not really a bedroom. It’s also a 3rd floor unit so be prepared to walk the 3 flights up. The unit is clean and has everything you need. The furnishings are dated but comfortable.
