Guests appreciated the clean, elegant, and quiet atmosphere, along with the inviting layout, comfortable bed, fireplace, televisions, and well supplied kitchen and bathroom. Its location was especially valued for easy gondola access and convenient proximity to the base area, while still feeling peaceful. Guests also enjoyed the west-facing views and the convenience of underground parking. Repeated praise highlighted the pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and recreation spaces as standout features of the property. Helpful staff and smooth check-in added to the overall appeal, and many guests said they would gladly return.

The third time we have stayed at this property and will stay again.

This was a pleasant unit, and being on the fifth floor made it especially quiet and enjoyable. While we had a very nice stay, the unit could benefit from a little refreshing, as some areas feel somewhat tired and dated. The furniture, in particular, felt older in style, and updating a few pieces — especially the sofa — would make a big difference to the overall feel of the space. Even a few attractive throw cushions could help create a warmer and more inviting atmosphere. A fresh coat of paint and a few thoughtful touches, similar to those we have appreciated in other apartments at Trailhead Lodge over the years, would really elevate the unit. Small upgrades such as improved coffee-making options, or even an inexpensive espresso machine, would also be a lovely addition for guests. That said, Trailhead Lodge itself remains a wonderful place to stay, with its large pool, fantastic jacuzzis, small gym, recreation area, and especially the delightful staff, all of which made our visit very enjoyable.

Location is great. Clean and well supplied in the kitchen. Stayed during new years week and very quiet. Staff very helpful. Close to most areas of interest. Parking is tight if you drive a large vehicle. Overall did enjoy our stay…too bad time goes by quick when you’re having fun.

The property is clean and the customer service was excellent. When we checked in, their was no iron in the unit. The dront desk was able to assist us the following day in a timely manor. The unit itself was missing a lot of key things such as a broken ironing board, no tice tray in the freezer, couch and bed were both uncomfortable. I've stayed at this property before but wouldn't stay in this paticular unit again.
