Torian Plum Plaza 307

Like all reviews before us, the location was great and the condo was very nice. Pleasant small patio overlooking some slopes and town square, partially obstructed by buildings. We were in walking distance to lifts, restaurants, stores, and pool/hot tubs. Loved the parking garage access. The guest service was more than accommodating. We didn't have a wine bottle opener, but guest service walked one up to us and we used it during our stay. My 10 year old said the couch bed was super comfortable. Our king bed was also very comfortable. Really appreciated the complimentary clothes detergent and dishwasher soap!!! This condo was perfect for our group of 3. Great spring break, and loved the clean cozy condo!!! Would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect spot if you love ski in/ski out! Outstanding service from front desk and any needs were met very fast. Awesome location for everything ski related

Love coming to Steamboat. Torian Plum is the perfect place to stay. The only thing I would change is having a laundry basket and a place to put our food.

This is our 5th year of ski vacation in Steamboat. We stayed in different condominiums and also in the hotel. All of the accommodation always were chosen to be on a in/out ski slopes location. Torian Plaza - would be our best choice for the location and comfort. Very good quality and correct price. We had a Nice 1 bedroom apartment with a beautiful view, it is pretty spacious for being 1 bedroom apartment... only 100 steps and we are on the snow (we've really counted the steps from the door of the Condo to the slope). Very nice outside pool area, with 3 jacuzzi and big pool... Everywhere is clean. Apartment is cozy, has all the necessary for a pleasant stay. Nothing is missing, only your ski and tooth brush :)) Our kids (12 & 14y.o) could easily access the main plaza of the village by themselves, walk around the village, had fun on the snow at the afternoon. Steamboat Springs in general is a very family oriented ski vacation place, it is always very secure, and everywhere we went we met vey kind amazing local people. We will be definitely back to the Torian Plum Plaza. Looking forward to our next year ski vacation. :))) Thank you for making our trip a great experience.

This condo was very clean and nicely updated! Super convenient location as it’s right at the base with easy access to lifts and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location near mountain/ski area. Clean unit. Kitchen well stocked. Devil & the details (Big & Small). A deal breaker when the devil shows up daily as BIG problems. The listing didn't mention what we found out upon checking into condo in evening: No lock/doorknob on storage locker for this unit 307. But suggested we put or expensive gear in there anyway. Didn't mention the indoor sauna was indefinitely out of commission. The Devil = Bedroom mattress needs to be replaced; the gas fireplace was non-functional for 5/6 days of our stay with a late discovery of a faulty gas valve (unsafe) & millivolt generator both being finally replace the night before us checking out. Constant parade of maintenance men day & night to fix all the issues. Staff had no clue of these issues when I reported them to them. The communication between front desk personnel via the computer system & word of mouth was sorely lacking. Had wrong linen for the left-out sofa bed. We received an accommodation of a 1:00 PM checkout. But during our checking out with back & forth trips from condo to garage to load our vehicle, the darn keycard was inactivated way prior to our 1:00 PM late checkout time so we were locked inside the garage until someone happen to come by to let us in. Front desk had no clue of the reason why our keycard inactivated at 11:00 AM but saw our late checkout approval on computer for 1:00PM (insult to injury). Lovely stay was marred by issues that needed fixing PRIOR TO renting.
