Trailhead Lodge 2104

this is a lovely condominium located inside a 4 floor, multi condominium structure.. Ours was a two bedroom unit with good size bathrooms and a well functioning kitchen. The condo operates like a hotel – there is staff available to help with problems, repairs, etc.. the “hotel” is serviced by a gondola that is only steps away and takes you directly into the ski village. It’s very quick and easy. The staff is helpful and accommodating. We loved the Jacuzzi and the gym is well-equipped. There is a place in the garage to store your skis, and a boot room one level down with heaters. our only issue with the unit is that the dishwasher is too small – it’s a quarter size dishwasher that accommodate only a few things. So if you are making dinner, expect to hand -wash some of your dishes, pots and pans.

Steps away from the Wild Horse Gondola, clean, 3 hot tubs, and spacious. Will stay here again.

This was our third time staying at Trailhead Lodge. The unit and facility itself was as described and satisfactory. Unfortunately, customer service and management was horrible. We woke up on our second day to the awful sound of construction in the unit next to us that lasted hours and when we spoke with management to inquire on why we weren't informed ahead of time or how it would be made right, the front desk said it wasn't their problem. We requested to speak with management and it's been days of "they'll be reaching out to you". The front desk literally said "that unit isn't managed by us and we aren't aware of the construction", yet the construction could be heard from the main lobby. Security also failed to handle a noise complaint I called twice on for the unit next to us in the middle of the night. I am really disappointed in the service we received on this trip and we will not be returning to Trailhead Lodge.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect place for a guest of 4! We loved having a common area. The kitchen open to the living room was so warm and welcoming, the couch was very comfortable. Each guest has their own bedroom and bathroom and their own balcony! The gym was small but had everything you need for all muscle groups. There were three hot tubs and one pool! The staff was friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to come back to Lodge 2104!

We loved our stay at Trailhead 2104. The 30-second walk to the Wildhorse Gondola to get on the mountain made skiing every day so easy. Then relaxing in the hot tubs afterwards was a perfect way to wind down. Would definitely stay in this unit again!
