This is a well located and well appointed condo, close to the mountain and all the shops. Easy to find, easy to park- our group of 3 adults and 4 kids were very comfortable in this unit. It's on the third floor but we didn't mind, even with ski boots it wasn't bad.

Bit of a funky smell. Common areas felt dark and cramped. Bus stop to mountain is clear around the complex (making for a longish walk in ski boots), and the bus ride (after you wait for it to pick you up) takes 20+ minutes to skiing. Condo complex is kind of rickety, and shared hot tub was not appealing. On a positive note, there are LOTS of beds in the condo - 3 couples and 5 singles at max capacity. If you have a large group that just needs a place to crash, this place could work for you.

This condo was the perfect spot for our family's summer getaway to Steamboat. We loved the beautiful, easy bike ride into town along the trail and convenient access to fun activities like tubing the river and the rodeo. The host was full of great tips and recommendations for restaurants and various family-friendly activities! We also loved the condo's mountain chic decor, tons of sleeping options, and drawers full of books and games for our kids. Like most mountain condos, there's no AC, which I was worried about for a hot second in the summer, but there were plenty of high-powered fans for every room, so the place was perfectly cool throughout our stay (felt the same as having AC!). What a gem!

This is a gem of a find! We especially liked all of the space to spread out - lots of beds. Kitchen has everything you need; easy walk to the mountain village; it was very clean and great decor as well. Highly recommend!

We really liked the proximity to the slopes and the free bus. There's technically four separate sleeping spaces, working out nicely if you have a large group. The condo itself is a little tired - the kitchen is really small especially if you are planning on cooking for a crew. The hot tub was straight out of 1970, cracks and grime and all. For the price, it worked, but we'll probably try a different space next time.
