Timber Run 303

The home was two min drive or ten min walk to the slopes. It was very clean and all pictures were accurate. If you are sensitive to noise, the footsteps and noise from the condo above made it almost impossible to sleep.

We loved that this unit was well appointed, updated and quiet while being essentially ground level with very comfortable living room furniture and bed. The private ski storage closet and courtesy shuttle pick up/drop off at the club house immediately behind the 300 building made trips to the slope so easy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, pans, utensils, appliances, etc. needed to cook elaborate meals. Do plan to bring your own basic cooking items such as cooking oil, sugar, condiments, foil, plastic bags, etc. as the kitchen only provided salt, pepper and basic spices. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit and will 100% seek it out for our next stay in SS!!!

I recently stayed at this adorable mountain town condo, and it completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The space is beautifully decorated — warm, welcoming, and with just the right touch of rustic charm you'd hope for in a mountain retreat. The condo was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, extra blankets, and several fans to use in the summer! Location-wise, it couldn't have been better. Nestled just a short distance from the heart of town, I had easy access to local shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. The hosts were also fantastic — responsive and kind. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, charming escape in the mountains!

Peaceful Comfort at Timber Run 303 My stay at Timber Run 303 was exactly the quiet, cozy retreat I needed. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home—able to settle in, explore the area, and return to a comfortable, well-stocked space. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals, and the furnishings made it easy to relax. The pool and hot tub were clean, conveniently located, and perfect for unwinding. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

This unit is designed for short stays. Close to mountain with a short shuttle ride for skiing and an easy walk for dinners at the base. Plenty of hot tubs. Beds were a little on the hard side, but that can be to other’s tastes.

This place has everything for a comfortable stay. Great for a ski vacation. Very convenient shuttle to the gondola, looping every few minutes, so you never have to wait more than a few minutes and you can track it online. Also not too far from the bus stop of the free bus line going to Steamboat Springs downtown.
