NorthStar 11 was seen as a great value and a complete package for a comfortable stay, with ample space for families and groups. Guests appreciated the cozy feel, comfortable beds and furniture, and a well-stocked layout with all the necessities, including a large galley kitchen. The property was repeatedly praised for being very clean and spotlessly maintained. Its location was highlighted as convenient for skiing and for easy access to town, downtown, and nearby transit. Guests also enjoyed the easy parking and noted the hot tub’s close proximity as a nice feature after a day out.

Adjacent, the spacious bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

On the positive side, the unit was clean, had the basic necessities and is close to the very nice hot tub/sauna room. On the negative side, it is not conveniently located to the shuttle bus stops, especially if carrying skis, and its furnishings (couch, chairs, TV, dressers) are Fairfield inn quality. So, it’s okay for a group of young guys, or people on a budget during the summer, but it is not okay if you traveling with kids and going to the slopes.

This unit was just what we needed to accommodate 5 people. Having the hot tub right across from the unit was nice!

The property is well located, so the free city bus is close. However the property #11 and the Northstar building needs a major upgrade. The steamroom does not work, and the hot tub room needs an upgrade. Not just paint! Our unit #11 was not well equipped. The kitchen did not have enough bowls, cutlery and pots. Washer and dryer was not in the unit, and not sure where! Most of the wine glasses are chipped! When we arrived, I rated the cleanliness of the unit 5start, but later on kept on finding dirty dishes and pots. The cleaning crew has to inspect and clean everything that on the shelf. It appears that previous renters are not very meticulous.

Perfect place for skiing Steamboat. Great location — close to mountain and town. Very clean, well equipped and quiet. Hot tub is very nice after skiing and very close to this unit. Very much enjoyed our stay here.
