The property is in a great location, it has lots of space for a larger group, beds were comfortable and showers were hot. The heating system needs an update as it was very cold the first couple of days during stay. Temperature never got above 65 in main house. The large game room in back was not useable due to no heat. We did call on day 2 and the next day someone came out and lit gas fireplace in back room, he also had to fix TV in living room and we had to fix TV in game room. Once fire was lit back room was useable and a very nice place to hang out with family. This should be started and working before arrival. I would also suggest new TV for living room. The decor is cute just dated. Overall good stay and they were responsive with fixing our complaints. Also, no directions in guest book on how to use anything in the house.

Very clean home. Card table in the back room is great for cards with friends. Plenty of beds/seating. Bathrooms are clean and well kept. We are planning to book again next year.
