Come summer, there is no shortage of hiking and biking trails in the area, as well as horseback riding, fishing, golf, or rent a boat at the Dillon Marina for a day on the water. Everything was good, but the high mountains and sunsets seen there made for the best moments. It is no exaggeration to say that it is the American Alps.

The location is a great home base to adventure from weather by foot or car. Awesome hiking trails right out your door (including some challenging hikes). Easy access to the Blue River and Ten Mile Creek for fly fishing. The condo is a bit run down compared to other ones nearby and the kitchen could use a bit more silverware. We called the bed in the main bedroom a charcuterie board as it was rock hard. Regardless, the stay was pleasant.

We loved being higher up the mountains where there was not as much traffic. We could also see a moose right across the street. The third floor offered amazing views. We would have used a few more kitchen things like silverware, dish clothes, hand soap, and then also some tissues.
