Minutes from great reports for winter fun. This place has one of the best views out there. Highly recommend just for that. Plus, you can have your morning walk around the lake as well.
If you enjoy hearing drunk people stomping around all night while you’re trying to sleep, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it. The spring mattresses feel like they’re from the 1960s, and the couch is just as uncomfortable. The only real positive was the view. Overall, not a comfortable stay.
Wonderful 3-night stay! Love the view! The apartment has all the basic amenities; kitchen well stocked with pots/pans and dish wares etc… and bathroom is stocked with toiletries including towels. The only small downside is that both the bed and the sofa bed sag and were uncomfortable to sleep on. We could also hear the people upstairs walking but that was not a biggie. No underground parking but we have no problem parking outside. Overall, love it!
Not really big enough for more than two people. Mattress was really awful. We had to book our second night elsewhere because the mattress was so bad. Good location.
Pictures don't do it justice, the view is spectacular. Balcony has enough overhang so it is in the shade all day in the summer. Great location, plenty of parking, one short flight of stairs to the unit. Good cross ventilation if it is hot. Free washers and dryers in the basement. And great service: I reported a problem with the dishwasher on Monday morning, by Tuesday afternoon I had a new dishwasher, without me having to be there. Thanks, Matt!
Modern, nice fully stocked kitchen, BBQ grill worked great, nice hot tub, and front row view of Lake Dillon.
