Rating
Overall, the unit was nice and in good shape. Good amenities to keep everyone entertained and good location. Oven is not working correctly. The floors and hot tub were not clean.
No issues. Everything was great
Upon arrival, we found dirty towels in the bathroom, dirty floors and numerous trash cans without liners. The lack of towels and bedding was disappointing. Many bathrooms lacked hand towels and/or bath mats. There was an overall lack of bath towels and no extra towels for the hot tub. There were no extra blankets in the property and an overall lack of bedding. The hot tub on the deck was great. While glass isn’t allowed in the hot tub, no plastic cups were provided. Kitchen lacked measuring cups and other kitchen basics. The Wi-Fi often froze.
Overall an ok experience. Townhome was a little plain and dated. The ice maker was gross, and there was a green straw left in the ice tray. Dishwasher soap dispenser never opened on previous run, dishes were likely put away without full wash/soap wash. There were towels on the racks that looked like they were just purchased at the local store and put out without being washed. Other than that the place was ok.
Great location central to many ski areas. Including the pull out couches, the house had even more beds than advertised.
