If you're looking to get out on the water, Dillon Marina, four miles east, offers boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals during the summer. You'll be within a mile of several fantastic hiking trails in the warmer months; in the winter, you'll find four world-class ski resorts (Keystone, A-Basin, Loveland, and Copper Mountain) within 15 miles.

The price and the cleaning fee was very enticing as was the review that it was a 9 and a rare find. I would give it a 5. The carpet and the tile were old and the cabinets were in definite need of replacing. It smelled like marijuana and you could hear the neighbors banging around into the evening. I did like that we got our own parking space however we were unsure which space or spaces that was to be exact. The bathroom was dingy and in need of caulk and an update. The murphy bed was very comfortable you just couldn't lay on the bed and watch TV as the TV was in the same cabinet as the bed. We went downtown dillon and spent the night on the town instead of in the property and had a delightful time enjoying a symphony at the lake and a dinner out. Love colorado and its crisp clean air.
