Good location, shuttle bus was convenient to steamboat base, kids loved the pool and hot tubs. Slightly dated, but great for what we were looking for.

Timber Run is a family favorite, the shuttle service and pool/hot tub area does not disappoint. I honestly don’t think you can go wrong with any unit here, every unit is going to be different and have different things that everyone is not happy with, but at the end of the day your on vacation and that better then any other day. We were looking into booking for next year already.

We spent two days in Timber Run 411 with our two kids and their spouses. The unit was exactly as advertised, comfortable and well equipped. Some of us enjoyed the hot tub. The shuttle to the ski area was very convenient. We would return.

A comfortable spot for our groups snow vacation. Heat was an issue for us, as there was none when we checked in. We wish the furniture that looks like recliners actually reclined… otherwise no issues. Hot tubs nearby were relaxing!
