The Granada

The house was a fantastic place to stay! Its unique and roomy design made it ideal for a weekend getaway. Everything was immaculate, and there was plenty to keep us comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip meals. We had a blast in the hot tub, and the pool table was a blast too!

Pros - lots of space and beds, large driveway and garage for parking options, no major issues with comfort/functionality Cons - kitchen sink faucet was very loose and required 2 hands to turn on and from hot/cold; dryer took multiple cycles to dry clothes (towels in master bath were folded and put away damp prior to our arrival so we washed and dried them again); could have stocked basic household items (we bought toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap as there either wasn’t any or 1 roll of each for 11 person property); WiFi was pretty spotty, had multiple issues with the error message “WiFi network CenturyLink8056 does not appear to be connected to the internet”

We absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for our family Christmas and accommodated everyone perfectly! We will be back again!

Loved the location very much, pool table, hot tub (even though one of the jets wasn't working) Master bath drain had a pile of black hair in the strainer, You do need to know to bring your own trash bags, wash cloths, & dish towels. The upstairs shower door came off it's tracks while someone was trying to get out of the shower. We did have an issue with the dishwasher & called the management company. We NEVER heard back from anyone, no one came by. In my opinion this is a very poor management company...

House was clean and has plenty of space but is in need of many upgrades and updates.

The home itself has great spaces and lends itself well to a large group. We reached out about the lack of cleanliness and the staff was apologetic and refunded the cleaning fee in a very timely manner. Most of the furniture had not been dusted. There were no kitchen towels, and most of the bathroom towels were in the drier. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and dirty dishes in the cabinets. The sheets on all of the beds had not been washed. There was a soiled hand towel stuffed in a bottom bathroom cabinet. Some of the floors had not been vacuumed.
