Base Camp is truly a home away from home! When you walk in you immediately feel right at home. The decor is lovely and fits the rustic vibes of Pagosa. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are perfectly appointed. The kitchen is also perfectly supplied. But the patio is the place to really sit and relax. Viewing the San Juan mountains, an occasional hot air balloon flying by and lots of wildlife to view near the golf course! Simply relaxing!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The view was incredible and honestly one of the best parts of waking up every morning. The house literally had everything we needed, which made the trip so easy and relaxing. The space was extremely cozy, very clean, and felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. You can tell a lot of thought was put into making guests feel at home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

Immaculate. Everything was so clean and nice. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, and spices. We made several meals with ease. Beds are super comfy, love the large dining table for dinners. The location is great too, close to shopping and restaurants and an easy drive up to Wolf Creek Ski. My family will definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in Pagosa Springs.
