This property offers many wonderful features that make it a strong option for a vacation rental. The house was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully set up for longer stays. The kitchen was especially impressive—well appointed with pots, pans, quality spices, and everything needed to cook comfortably. We stayed for a week and prepared most of our meals with ease. The living room was cozy and inviting, with tall windows that filled the space with natural light. The primary bedroom was a standout: a king-size memory foam bed that was extremely comfortable, an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub, and a separate shower, and a fantastic massage chair that everyone in our group enjoyed. Another appreciated touch was the provision of good-quality toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. These thoughtful details really elevated the stay. We traveled with two couples and two young adults who are between 6'1" and 6'4", and overall the home accommodated our group well. There are, however, a few areas where improvements would make this property even better. The upstairs bedroom with the queen bed was challenging for two people, as the bed squeaked with any movement and the mattress did not seem to be in good condition. Replacing this bed would make a significant difference. The second upstairs bedroom contains a double bed, but the listed twin bed is actually located in an open loft space overlooking the living room, rather than inside the bedroom as the listing photos suggest. While this can be identified in the virtual tour, we relied primarily on the listing images and written description, which made this unexpected. The twin bed itself is a comfortable memory foam mattress, but the loft offers no privacy. Because of the bed situation upstairs, one couple chose to have one person sleep in the loft, and we ended up using the downstairs room as a bedroom. This space has French doors and a front-facing window without curtains, so we improvised by covering them for privacy. Additionally, the double bed upstairs and the fold-down bed downstairs may be uncomfortable for guests taller than six feet. Lastly, the listing states there are three bathrooms with images of showers; however, there are only **two full bathrooms**, along with an additional toilet downstairs. Clarifying this in the listing would help set accurate expectations for future guests. Overall, this is a lovely property with many strengths, and with a few updates—particularly replacing the squeaky queen bed and clarifying the listing details—it would be an excellent vacation rental experience.

The House was beautiful, and location was great. I would definitely stay there again.
