Beautiful place to stay. Amazing walking trails nearby, great hot tub and beds were comfortable. One of the best places to stay in Pagosa without a doubt.

We loved this home! There are a few things that could have been better, but hopefully they will get those fixed! The view is great, we loved that it had a washer and dryer and loved the fenced back yard! We would stay here again!

The home was better than imagined. Had all the amenities one’s needs for a nice and relaxing stay. Close to town but still somewhat quiet. Hot tub was a hit. Cleanliness was excellent.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The hot tub—one of the main reasons we booked this property—was not functional at all. Additionally, the listing states the home comes “fully stocked,” but basic supplies were missing. We paid $810 with the expectation that the amenities advertised would be available, and they were not. We reached out to the host to address these issues and request a partial refund but never received a response. Transparency and communication were lacking, and we did not receive what we paid for. Future guests should be aware before booking.

This place was in a wonderful neighborhood and nice and quiet. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen including a nice big pot for making homemade soup.

Lovely property! Easy check-in and checkout. Great amenities and a pretty location.
