We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Pagosa Springs! The three-bedroom, two-bath layout was perfect for our family of five, giving everyone plenty of space to relax and feel comfortable. The condo was very clean, cozy, and well cared for, which made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was also fantastic—just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, making it incredibly convenient for anything we needed during our stay. After a day of exploring the area, it was great to come back to such a comfortable place. Overall, this condo was the perfect home base for our trip to Pagosa Springs. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay!

When you drive down the final street to this place, it's easy to think "what have I done?" BUT....then you arrive at the condo and walk into the place and think "Sweet! This place is fantastic!" I don't typically write reviews, but I have stayed at several nice places in Pagosa Springs and by far this place is the best deal in town...so far. It does not have AC but the owners have provided some really nice swamp coolers and fans that certainly help with that. Per the value...can't beat it.

Location is very good, but is dusty, bedding clothes bad odor, dusty and blood stains No A/C in unit temperature inside was 90 F

The condo was very spacious and cleaned well and stocked with plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Although the walls are a bit thin and we can hear all the neighbors around us, we were so exhausted from the all day skiing that it didn't stop us from falling asleep. We would definitely book again.
