The townhome was nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The decor was perfect. We would stay there again.

The good: Nice property at a good price for a family visit or small group. Location is great, number of beds is great, and overall condition and cleanliness is good. The bad: As another reviewer posted, the gas fireplace is non-funcional. I requested assistance and was told someone would come by to help and no one did over a two night stay. The third floor bathroom is a bit rundown with a shower head that splatters up to the ceiling, with clear signs of multiple layers of paint peeling off, meaning this has probably been like that for a while. The listing says there is parking for two vehicles but the parking lot is numbered and only one spot has the number 58. I'm sure this is not really enforced, but if you have a second vehicle, you'll basically have to take someone else's spot. The wifi is extremely slow. It is good enough for basic email or watching Netflix on the roku TV, but do not expect multiple devices to be streaming at the same time. You're probably better off using your phone's 5G service. I have tmobile and it was decent signal in the property. These cons individually aren't a huge deal but should be addressed. Overall I would stay here again given the price relative to other options.
