Rating
Good location. Close to lift, food, and rentals.
Place was great. The building we stayed in did have an elevator which was nice. The apartment was on the top floor, a lot of space for our party of 3 adults and 4 children. Amenities were very nice and easy access. Place was well stocked and had both a kuerig and drip coffee option which was great. It was a short walk to Peru chairlift which was very convenient as well. Only con (and a pretty big one) was that on checkout day they don't allow you to park on property since parking passes have to be returned by checkout, so we had to move our cars to the regular lot to be able to ski that last day. We went pre-season and there was no snow so it worked out but of you are booking during peak season either don't plan on skiing that last day or plan on figuring out your own parking, probably a satellite lot unless you get everything packed up early. Besides the parking issue on the last day, everything else was great. Staff was also very helpful with any questions we had.
We loved how close the condo was to mountain house (5' walk) and had pool/hot tub facilities. The kitchen had most everything we needed (except baking sheets and large spaghetti/stock pot). Was glad I saw other reviews that recommended bringing extra dishwasher tablets and and trash bags. The dining area is quite small, considering it sleeps 10, but the coffee table raises up for people to eat around it. Primary suite shower was clogged (looked like a regular problem based on other reviews)--wish I would have had it addressed after our first day, but we just put up with it. Very comfortable lodgings for a fun ski week with our extended family of 8. Definitely recommend.
Very difficult time getting into the property (over an hour on the phone), poor response time for questions to the property manager (10+ hours), and poorly stocked condo (not enough bath towels for number of guests so we had to share, not enough TP and other misc items like coffee mugs).
Place was nice and clean, instructions were easy, we had parking passes and a key to access pool and hot tub! Walking distance to food, shopping, beer, and a walking trail to keystone. Other trails through the river. Great balcony view and has elevator. Check in was easy, check out even easier! Would stay here again!
Condo was in a great location to be able to come back from the slopes during the day. Great for super young and teenage skiiers. So nice to not have to wait on shuttles or deal with parking. Condo itself was adequate for 6 and parking at the condo was very easy. Third bedroom is not sealed so sound carries up. It should be able to sleep 11 which would have made it incredibly tight if it were filled and there would not have been enough dishes. For our group of 3 adults, one toddler, and 2 teens it worked well.
