You'll be within walking distance of all sorts of restaurants, eateries, coffee shops, and conveniences, and one mile south of the Pagosa Springs Golf Club. If you head downtown, you can soak in the lovely Pagosa Hot Springs or go tubing or kayaking on the San Juan River. In the winter months, Wolf Creek Ski Area is only 28 miles northeast.
