We loved the numerous beds available, 3 bathrooms, overlooked the lake, had a hot tube and heated pool available. However, there is ALOT of deferred maintenance that needs to be done before it is rented out again. There are significant stains on the carpet throughout the whole unit. There are multiple lamps that are broken and missing lampshades. Numerous holes in the wall that have been patched but not textured or painted, it looks bad. Towel rack hanging ripped out of the wall. It honestly felt like a college/frat house rental, not a $600/night condo in the mountains. The communication with the national prop mgt center was completely ineffective at getting us the items that were missing, silverware, fire starters. They would not let us speak to the local team so were were helpless to do anything about it. We cooked every meal for 3 1/2 days and shared 1 fork and 3 spoons between 5 guys. It was extremely frustrating that such simple issues could not be remedied in a few hours.
Great location! Roomy space!
The apartment is very spacious and the location is so good with the lake view. Well maintained. Room heater & hot shower is working properly.
Carpet wall to wall was comfortable. But stained
Very spacious, carpets could use extra cleaning but at the same time if you traveling with kids you don’t need to worry about braking anything. Good location. Hot tub was out of order due to maintenance.
Super location on the lake with plenty of space and sleeping arrangements. The view through the large windows and balcony are superb! The large wood burning fireplace with plenty of firewood provided was awesome. We travel every year in late May to Summit County and it’s been our favorite place so far—Will definitely stay here again!
