Overview

This comfortable studio condo at Timber Run is tucked into the trees, offering a lovely location approximately one mile off the main road in Winter Park. It's a simple space but equipped with every necessity, including a full kitchen and a small deck with a view of the surrounding mountains. After a day spent skiing, snowboarding, fishing, hiking, or mountain biking, you can return home to snuggle up by the wood-burning fireplace and find something fun to watch on the TV and DVD player in the living room. At night, you'll have a double Murphy bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa to choose from, as well as one full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Location is quiet. Good for one or perhaps two. Once you figure out how to get there you will be fine. It is at the end of a circuitous driving pattern. The unit needs some maintenance however.

Excellent studio unit! Nice high quality furnishings and stylish decor located in a very desirable picturesque location. Very close to Cooper Creek with lots of restaurants etc and you can park for free and take many available shuttles to Winter Park resort. There is also a free shuttle that will pick you up in front of the Condo area. The Murphy bed was very comfortable after I rotated the mattress as one side of it was worn down from being the most used side of the bed closest to the bathroom sink area. (I saw one review that indicated it wasn't comfortable enough so they added some blankets for more padding) and if the sleeper sofa wasn't comfortable enough for someone, there are plenty of thick blankets that one could add for more padding. More than enough towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen utensils etc and was all high quality goods. The unit has everything one would need and the view from the balcony is excellent. Thank you and Ill definitely rent this unit again!
