Providing a comfortable stay no matter the season, this lovely Fraser condo overlooks unforgettable mountain views. Your days spent here will be highlighted by a brilliant mix of outdoor recreation! You'll be within walking distance to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The Lift Bus stop, offering free rides to the ski resort, is also nearby. The winter months are best spent at the Winter Park Resort and nearby tubing hills. During the summer, enjoy mountain biking, golfing at Pole Creek Golf Club and hiking at the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests. The West Entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park is a beautiful, 45 minute drive away.
Decorated with comfort in mind, the interior of the condo boasts an open-concept layout and modern amenities. The living room is composed of leather sofas and a smart TV. When extra warmth is needed, flip on the dual-sided gas fireplace. When you aren't indulging in one of Fraser's local restaurants, utilize the well-equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite feasts. Dining is made a breeze at the expansive dining table. The connected garage allows for easy luggage unloading and no scraping ice off your car!
This condo provides a tankless water heater with plenty of hot water for all, as well as a private washer/dryer. There is a jacuzzi tub in the primary bath, and soft linens in both bedrooms invite you to a good night's rest.

Nice townhouse. Very good location within walking distance to groceries, shops, services, and bus stop.
Great place at a great location, our group of 8 enjoyed our stay here. Great to have a table big enough to fit everyone.
Wonderful home.
Very nice place with lots of room and clean. Few minor things noted.... biggest one being A/C was not working. Master bed needs fitted sheet that actually fits. Master shower body wash container in shower was empty. And not ready for almost 2 hours after check in time.
I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean and orderly. Well stocked with dishes, silverware and appliances. Lots of room and very comfy! Thank you
