We loved having the private hot tub and it was a more comfortable hot tub then I've been in. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms felt private. The common space was a little small but it brought our family together.

Quiet neighborhood but very small and really needs some work. The exterior doors are worn out. The patio door is almost impossible. The outlets are very loose. Bathrooms are decent. Appliances worked fine. Hot tub was nice.

This unit accommodated 5 of us nicely. The location was perfect with quick access to the shuttle and Fraser. The private hot tub was a plus. I felt like this unit was lacking items I've come to expect, i.e., instructions for hot tub and heat. I know everything is now online, but neither of these has specifics online. We've made recommendations regarding the need for a deep clean, not just wiping surfaces clean and replacing some cooking utensils.

This condo was perfect for our needs. Loved the layout, worked great for our family of 5 and one dog! Wi-fi worked well, kitchen was clean and well-stocked, yard was great for the dog. Hot tub was on and hot and perfect for after a day of skiing! We also loved the location - super quick drive to restaurants, coffee, and skiing! Highly recommend.

This house exceeded my expectations based on other reviews. It's not brand new like some other units in the area but was well equipped. Loved the back patio with the private hot tub. Quick jaunt to winter park. House did have a bit of a musty/smoky odor when we first arrived but that dissipated quickly after opening the back door for a bit. Kitchen was adequately stocked for simple cooking. Would stay again!
