Rating
While the home is outdated, it wasn't very clean. We have provided detailed feedback through the leasing agent. - crumbs on the flooring (carpeting & tiling) - dust/cobwebs throughout the home - grime on the radiators (even a melted gummy on one of them) - no oven mitts limited usefulness of the oven - garage space was not usable - main lighting in stairwell not working - carpets fairly stained - bathroom tiling rusty - only (1) blow dryer for 3.5 bathrooms - no trash bags for kitchen trash can - found leftover trash on the floor in various areas of the home Our initial impression was not very satisfactory. The property manager came right out to speak with us. And he verified the conditions we found in the place. While the home is spacious, and a good location, it really needs some attention in regards to cleanliness and amenities. Would not recommend this place to anyone based upon the price charged.
Once the hot tub was working it was probably the best feature of the home. Spend a little $ to update. Frankly the place needs a lot of work, but at the pricepoint I don’t and wouldn’t expect high end. It’s just run down to the point that it needs attention.
This was a great condo for our group. Great views, hot tub and everything you need in the kitchen. Cozy beds and living room.
Nice place
Needs updated, carpet replaced or torn out. Great hot tub and location, appliances were pretty good. Large space. Not a good place for elderly for sure due to the ice that accumulated with melting snow, looks like it probably happens all winter long.
Location was great. Love the style of the townhouse and cleanliness
