Arrowhead #31 is a lovely one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that is simply perfect for your mountain vacation. This comfortable abode can sleep up to four people. The bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, but please keep in mind that it is not recommended for adults to sleep on. It also boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Two flatscreen TVs, one 40 inches in the living room and one 20 inches in the bedroom, and free WiFi will keep you all entertained during your stay. You will also have access to a heated garage. Hiking and biking trails are right outside of your retreat. There are many activities in the area for the whole family to enjoy.

Heated Garage was really nice for the snowy nights. Coffee maker, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, fridge --- everything worked great. Wi-Fi was good. Rooms were good size and clean. Washer and dryer was very handy Thanks

The property was perfect and clean. Was an easy 15 minute drive to Mary Jane lot- or you could take a shuttle but it’s a little bit of a walk to the Lift shuttle stop! Would stay here again!

Quiet area in the summer. Walls are thin. So you hear neighbors conversations, them walking around, and garage opening. Nice view and quite location.

I loved the location since it’s very close to Winter Park Ski resort and so many hiking trails. It’s quiet in that area and you can’t hear the hwy 40. I love the hidden walking trails between each road. I loved having a garage that fit my RDX with a Thule box. I would rent it again. (:
