Mountain Meadows 302 at first glance online and in-person seemed to be the fit for our ski vacation with family. However, after arriving, we realized there was no power to the unit, no access to circuit breaker, and no direct/on site way to get help after contacting support. What I would recommend to the owners of this property is to have a direct connection to someone on site, a maintenance person or property manager, who could help troubleshoot situations like this. Secondly, it took our vacausa hosts a very long time and several text messages and phone calls to vacausa to finally resolve the situation by relocating us to another unit. In other words we arrived at 1 PM and were without power indefinitely. At about 1AM our host transitioned to relocation mode. We had already made the decision to go to sleep as we were planning to ski and get to Breck when lifts opened. The relocation situation while a solution, would put us back some. We considered moving at night, but without power figured we’d end up leaving something behind and further inconvenience our situation. We opted to sleep it off wake up the next morning in daylight, then relocate. Btw, the first relocation unit offered was subpar and had horrible reviews. The second relocation option at Meadow Creek unit 110 was great (and included electricity ;) Bottom line, if Mountain Meadows works out the bugs with getting power to their unit, I’m sure my review would have been more positive.

The condo is great! Very convenient to lots of ski resorts, restaurants, and the interstate. Comfy beds and the place was very clean. Highly recommend!
