We stayed at this two-bedroom Condo in Fraser for two nights during our ski trip to Winter Park. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The location is great — only about a 10–15 minute drive to Winter Park Resort, which made getting to the mountain very easy each day. It’s also close to a supermarket, so grabbing groceries and supplies was quick and convenient. The Condo is well equipped, especially the kitchen. There are plenty of cookware, utensils, and even basic seasonings available, which made it easy for us to cook after skiing. The layout works very well for a family or a small group traveling together for a ski trip. The property management team was also very responsible and responsive, which we appreciated during our stay. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend it as a practical option for people planning to ski at Winter Park.

We chose this for location, on the West End of Fraser because of its proximity to another friend’s cottage. But it was a wonderful, convenient place for five of us. (up to seven would work just fine if there were two couples). A comfortable futon in the living room next to the fire, master bedroom, and separate bedroom with three comfortable bunks. Kitchen was adequately stocked with plates and cutlery and pans. Everything was clean.

This place was very clean. It was on ground level with parking about 30’ from the door. Nice little porch on the back and a gas fireplace in the living room were nice amenities to have. We were bummed to find the sauna and hot tubs were closed and look like they have been for awhile.
