Finishes so old and worn. Hair filled bath tub drain. Multiple broken or not working items….Dont reward this zero effort property. Location is nice and thats it.
Ski Storage Misrepresentation: The listing and signage in the unit/building clearly indicated ski storage, yet staff told me I was incorrect. Even after providing photos of the listing Major Building Disruptions with No Communication: We experienced a full-building fire alarm evacuation and, on our last afternoon/evening, a complete water outage. We were told the water shutoff was “scheduled,” but we had received no notice. Poor and Dismissive Communication: In both the ski locker and water outage situations, responses implied that I was mistaken rather than acknowledging management errors. There were no proactive updates, and the lack of clear, accurate communication significantly impacted our stay (including having to cancel dinner plans at the condo). Maintenance and Upkeep Concerns: The property also appears to need better routine maintenance, as there were several minor issues throughout the unit that should be addressed to ensure a well-maintained and guest-ready experience. Location: excellent
Excellent location easy to stay here enjoyed the hot tubs, it needs some updating/fixing of multiple items unfortunately. overall however the location would supersede broken items.
You’re paying for access to east village which IMO doesn’t have many amenities. This rental had filthy carpet, a single hand soap dispenser between 3 bathrooms, the toilet paper holder is ripped off the wall, artwork is off the wall and on a shelf, the microwave handle is broken, ski locker keys were missing, ski locker lock was also broken. The kitchen was stocked decently but overall I think I would have stayed somewhere a bit nicer for the money
Nice deck view, close to the B lift. Good hot tubs
Good location
