Perfect spot. Great stay

Location was the best, put our ski boots on in the room and walked a short distance to the American Flyer. Not having a washer and dryer in the room was a bother.

The location is great, Issues started at check-in. The Garage code that was giving to us was the correct numbers but in the wrong order. After calling and having someone come to the room we still couldn't get it. End up asking another guest and getting the code. There was a "Door Code" that wouldn't work anywhere but the correct garage code works for the Ski Lockers. The Murphy bed was broken and really just a mattress on the ground, and the TV has no channels but a DVD player. No DVDs so make sure you bring some if you want to kill some time. Even though this might seem negative I would 100% stay here again for the price-location ratio.

Great location but the place was in of some TLC, A chair was broken and well hide almost like were were being set up, The murphy bed was broken and just sitting on the floor unable to be raised up meaning we had to work around it all the time, the stove only had two working burners and there was only a 6 in frying pan making cooking anything difficult. But it is in a great location

I have never posted a bad review, and took a chance on this place based on other reviews, thinking it couldn’t be that bad. Overall we had a great time, we don't mind the outdated building, it was so close to walk to center village and flyer and eagle lifts. The ski locker and covered garage are very convenient. The hot tub is great. However, I am writing this in hopes the local team will get to back to me. I have called almost 10 times now and have been told every time “this is being passed on to the local team, this is being marked as high priority”. I assume that will be the response to this review as well, but know that no one local will ever get back to you. The smoke detector was chirping when we got into the condo. I called and was told someone would be right over to change the battery. No one ever came. We slept the first night without a smoke detector, thinking they would come the next morning. I kept calling and never received a response. We of course bought a battery and fixed it ourselves, as we didn’t want to continue sleeping without it. The murphy bed was broken, the mattress was just placed on the floor. The tv did not work, one of the kitchen table chairs was broken and not usable, we were given the wrong garage code that didn’t work, the microwave worked but the handle was broken and about to fall off, only 2 of 4 burners on the stove worked, and there is hardly any cookware in the kitchen to cook meals. I can really overlook all those things, the condo was a great price and it’s a great location. Overall we were comfortable and made it work. The negative review is because if there truly is a problem, it does not seem anyone local is available to help. It’s impossible to speak with anyone.

Big fan of being less than a 5 min walk from the American Flyer lift, private parking in garage is a nice touch too.
