Enjoyed our stay
The condo was a great location and near the ski lift, rentals, and tubing hill. However, it needs some TLC. The couches were very old, the mattresses on all beds and pull out need to be replaced, all sheets and pillows need to be replaced, the kitchen had outlets not working and one cabinet door was falling off. The bathrooms were fine i and in good shape for the most part . We enjoyed our stay but do wish the condo was in a little better shape.
Great place! Clean, great internet, accessible and easy
We really enjoyed this condo. It was perfect for four adults and was in a great location. The ski locker was very convenient and the amenities were great. Thank you so much! We hope to be back!
We stayed in 101. Awesome location across from bus stop, sauna across the hall, hot tubs right out the door. It was 4 degrees, howling wind and blowing white out snow. We initially had no heat. Immediate response to our request for assistance and hooray heat. They did have an electric space heater and gas fireplace which saved us! A few more warm blankets available would help. Kitchen was well equipped, big bathrooms, comfy beds. Giant TV. Good WiFi. Parking in warm garage underneath. Plenty of storage for skis and gear. Check-in is in a different location requiring 2 bus trips. It was not clear to us where to go. The people staying there tried to help. We finally ended up at another rental location who called a shuttle and got us to where we needed to go. There was no one there, you have to use codes several times to actually get your key cards. Then ride bus or drive on one way roads to return. Check-in could be a little clearer especially for someone new to Copper Mountain.
Check in instructions need to be more clear. The building is called Copper Springs Lodge - just giving a unit number is not helpful. On entering the room, we had to open the windows as it was baking hot. Turning down the thermostat didn’t make any difference whatsoever so we had to keep opening windows. The furniture was extremely dated and the leather couch was bartered and old. Some of pillows were dirty and there were no duvets on the beds, just duvet covers stuffed with old blankets. The shower curtain in the main en suite was disgusting and looked like it had poop stains on it. It was also disgusting around the bottom. Location was the best part as the shuttle bus to center village is right outside.
