Mountain Plaza Base Camp

The location was convenient and great views. We were there for National competitions and enjoyed watching the half-pipe and rail jam competitions from the enclosed porch. Disappointed that it looks like this exact unit is being taken off the market or something because it is fully booked for the entire next year already. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because when we checked in there were some complications. There was no indication of what the room number was and the card keys did no correspond to an exact room. We literally had to try our key on each of the rooms in the approximate location until it opened the correct unit. Also, there was a cracked toilet seat in one bathroom and a slow draining shower that we alerted the property managers to but they did not fix it during our one-week visit. Also, when we checked in there was only 3 forks for the entire unit; we did alert management to that issue and they brought up new cutlery within the hour so there were attentive to that issue.

This property was great for our family of four. Like most units on the mountain, it’s a bit tight, but very functional. The unit was extremely convenient—just walk down to the ski lockers and you’re right out at the lifts. Ski shops, restaurants, and everything else are just steps from the door.

Loved the central location right in center village, easy to walk to an enjoy the best of the shopping and dining options at copper. The unit itself was beautifully renovated with high end finishes, we were perfectly comfortable our entire stay.

Great location and good value. Condo was comfortable and clean. Had some trouble with checkin, it took about an hour to locate someone who could help me find the keys since the lockbox was empty. Property is nice but the community hot tub was not working which is huge bummer on a ski trip when you need to relax this muscles after a long day.

Loved location Very dusty at check in towel rod and toilet paper holder in master broken. Some lights unplugged without nearby outlet. Drain plug not working guest bath.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect for enjoying the live music, and riding our bikes up the mountain. Love this place and are looking forward to our stay there next year!
