Just a short walk to downtown Frisco for shopping, eateries, and boutiques, you will be close to the action. Rating
This townhome could be a premier rental for large families or groups: 2 bedrooms, 2+ bathrooms, plenty of beds, and nearly 1,500 sf. Convenient walking to downtown Frisco. Unfortunately, little if anything has been done to maintain and update the residence since it was built in 1980. Peeling wallpaper, older and dirty carpeting, dated and broken furniture, nearly unusable cookware, and rotting exterior are some of the major takeaways. The beds and bedding are very worn and dated.
Fantastic location Lots of room Furniture is dated but has everything you need for a great vacation
Quite neighborhood
And uncomfortable. Master bath sink barely drains. Literature says wood burning fireplace but no wood.
Neighborhood was friendly
It was a great location and for the most part pretty clean. On the other hand there was nothing cozy or inviting about it. Very old and dated furniture. The living room furniture was very worn down a smelled musty and lots of the wooden chairs around the place felt like they may fall apart if you set on them. For us though we were fine. The price was good and we just wanted a place to sleep.
