If you want to rent this condo for your vacation. Be sure to pack your own kitchen utensils and plates. This condos’ silverware, plates, bowls, cups, pans all uave the nastiest film on them due to a broken dishwasher and years of neglect.

The address took us right to the property. It’s a ways north of town but not inconvenient. Property is well cared for. The layout is okay but we stayed in the full bed in the lower floor which was not entirely comfortable. The upstairs bathroom and beds are much nicer. We had an issue with the hot water that also took about 4 hrs to resolve. It was just the breaker but we didn’t know how or where to check and getting help thru the Inbox was nonexistent. Help finally came when I called or texted. It worked out fine but next time I will try to stay on the south east side for a different take.

Really nice location, about 20 minutes from Durango downtown The pools at the lodge are nice, keep in mind you will have to drive to the lodge for the pools and jacuzzi, about half a mile. Over all is a awesome place
