Our family of 4 enjoyed this spacious property. It was very close to Western Colorado University and we were in town for a college visit. Some may love the memory foam type of mattresses but they were not a favorite for our family so none of us slept well. We also could not find any heat vents in one of the bedrooms and our daughter was very cold during the night. Maybe this was an over look on our part, but 2 of us looked to make sure that the vents were not closed or being blocked by something. Overall a nice property and great location.

House was clean and ready to go, we had to plug in the wifi and the parking is very tight if you have a longer vehicle. Not the properties fault but it's typical for homes in this region to not have AC's we were visiting when it was 80+ so it was very warm without AC.
