This was an incredible house with tons of space and awesome location to downtown Fraser and Winter Park. It’s even way nicer than the photos and listing appears which was a pleasant surprise for us. The fireplace worked great, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including a crockpot, and it was perfect for our family trip. 4 stars because we were notified after booking that the hot tub was out of order (the hot tub shouldn’t be advertised on the initial listing page then before booking?) Then, when we arrived, we noticed people in the hot tub, and it does seem to be working? At that point we hadn’t brought swim suits and were extremely disappointed we couldn’t use that amenity after our winter activities.

This home is perfect for your family to enjoy time in the mountains. It is on the shuttle route and close to everything. It is comfortable and roomy; perfect for everyone to relax and enjoy time together.

Lovely fully stocked home with ample space to hangout, play games, socialize and relax. Three good sized bedrooms, each with sitting space and private bathrooms, plus additional shared bathroom on main level. Plenty of space for gear and outdoor equipment, lots of storage. Open layout on main floor ideal for conversation, games and family meals with cozy fireplace. Large windows and lots of light. Nice location with easy access to shopping, tubing hills and main street. Had a fantastic time.

This was the perfect house for us and is right on the bus line. Spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped!

Had every thing we needed to prepare family dinners every night. Rest of family stayed somewhere else, but space was great for everyone to meet here at night for dinner and family time. Didn’t see any specific trash disposal instructions- we did haul all trash to the dumpster at the end of the drive. Loved the pet friendly atmosphere of the neighborhood. Disappointed that the hot tub was not functional. Was more than I’m used to spending, but Overall great experience. Great set up for 4 adults - most places have too many bunk beds - three Bedrooms and full baths were perfect. Stairs a bit much for my 89 year old father so he slept on the lower level. Very well laid out for skiers with gear - plenty of hooks and space for boots. Garage was a nice bonus. It would have been nice to have had one more TV so the littles could watch something separate from the adults. We are apparently dense (as it took us after two nights) to figure out how to make the shower heads work. Not a system we were familiar with 😂 Thank you for a great experience- hope we were good guests as well.

Feel that ad was misleading as hot tub not available and hasn't been for extended time (years) nor will be as far as other owners in complex are aware. Also large burner on stove top not working...On plus side: Location to bus stop VERY convenient. We were here for six weeks and the layout and floor plan of condo excellent for us.(party of 2).Downstairs bunk room made for excellent ski coat/clothes closet and place to get ready before hitting slopes. Furniture comfortable, although dining table legs not real sturdy. Kitchen pots/pans/air fryer and other items in general were plentiful. Would have liked more than 3 wine glasses and having a couple champagne glasses would have been nice, but aybe that's just me. In home washer and dryer also big plus. Dog friendly property (thank you) which was critical for us. We would have booked again for next year but dates not available. Overall would recommend..keep in mind it's a rental and not everything you have at home maybe here or might be slightly worn but as stated we would stay again if possible.
