Nothing beats the good ol' mountain breeze to truly disconnect from reality. This third-floor condo plus loft will be just what you need to get away from it all and leave all of your worries behind. The living room has been equipped with convenience and comfort in mind; you'll find a wood-burning fireplace for chilly nights, a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, and comfortable furniture (a sofa and an armchair). We know what you're thinking: movie nights! There is a small, but private balcony off the living area, which comes equipped with a convenient gas grill. Barbecues in the mountains, anyone?

The kitchen will satisfy the cook's needs. It's fully equipped with all the essentials, including a dishwasher and a coffee maker. This level also includes a bedroom with a flatscreen TV and an ensuite full bathroom with double vanity and a tub/shower combo. The loft upstairs adds another sleeping space and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Guests will be granted access to a series of great shared amenities including a hot tub, sauna, and laundry facilities.

Our experience at Summit House was fantastic! 309 is well furnished, comfortable and homey. Very convenient walk to east village lift or the bus stop that will take you over to central village. Would highly recommend staying here!

This unit is in a great location, super close walk, even with young kids, to the bus stop and Super Bee chair. Under ground heated garage is great too! The unit itself was actually really nice, bathrooms amd kitchen finishes, which is WHY Im so confused why the owner filled it with junk furniture and really old uncomfortable beds. Just seems like they don't care, unfortunately such simple items to really make this a 5 star rental. Also, the fire extinguisher needs to be hung up and a cover for the thermostat was missing. The toaster was probably older than the beds and didn't work. All the filaments were hanging out. Big issue was the cold air coming in from the sliding door, I cant imagine how much lower the heat bill would be if that was replaced. Hope the owner sees this and considers upgrading these items. It just would have made for a better stay.
