Needs deep clean and maintenance but overall a nice place in ideal location. Tips: drip coffee pot only, dryer will make a loud screeching noise, but it will go away after a few minutes, don’t pull top rack of dishwasher out too far or will come out of the track, be prepared to buy pantry staples. They have Some spices, lots of sweet and low maybe some sugar, salt and pepper, but not much else. Some of these condos are well stocked with these things, others are not. They have many pots and pans and crockpots and blenders. There are humidifiers in both rooms if needed. No games, few novels. TV and Internet worked well.
Great location! The home is inviting and easy to get to. Parking is far too expensive. The dryer in my unit is broken and making a horrible noise. The hot tubs have so much chlorine that it turned my purple suit white. There is an age limit that isn't followed in the hot tubs. If they allowed pets, I would come back this year. Otherwise, the stay was lovely.
We had a great stay in this very comfortable, well-appointed unit! For returning guests, though, note that a parking fee has been added by the managing company.
Skiing information: At check in, we were told to check our ski equipment into their ski valet. ( which was included) We were pleasantly surprised our boots were heated each morning. It is a less than 7 minute walk to peak 9 quicksilver chairlifts. Condo Information: The condo was bigger than we expected as pictures can make places appear larger. It has all your basics for the kitchen. Sadly, no Keurig coffee maker and no kettle that worked. Living room fireplace has a timer which was perfect and cozy. Main bedroom was spacious a with an on suite bathroom with a shower and tub. Second room ( 2 twin beds ) and next to the bathroom. Parking : Required a card for entry into the garage. Cost was $35 a day. Overall : Perfect location to walk to everything ( skiing and main street) Condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and a warmth feel of home.
We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo (1 king & 2 doubles) and it was perfect for our 3 night getaway. Fantastic location! We loved the decor and the open kitchen/living room area. Would definitely stay here again.
Breckinridge is a perfect home base for a Colorado baby. Our condo at Waterhouse is a perfect location in Breckinridge. Easy walk to everywhere. Very comfortable accommodations. I would go back to Water House for our next Rocky mountain adventure!
