The under garage parking situation is a nightmare we all got multiple tickets the directions were unclear and the front desk declined any responsibilities since the parking is managed by Breck Park. The management company should be the middleman and handle all of this for the clientele and it's going to cost you customers until you do
Everything was good .
The unit is super comfy and decorated with classic, high-end furnishings located in the center of Breck!! Amazing pool & hot tubs too! Our only issue was the pubs across the street are crazy loud + serious traffic noise from the street below is not from the faint of heart. We lived in NYC for 15 years too, so we are accustomed to street noise and this was surprising for us! With that said, the windows must be top quality Anderson because it’s only an issue with windows open. Otherwise quiet as can be! A visit in the winter with windows closed the noise would not be an issue! I would 100% stay in this unit again in the winter but would think twice for Fall, Spring, Summer.
My daughter found this place and there was nothing disappointing about it. For what we needed to accommodate Six adults and in walking distance of most everything we did.
We loved the layout of this condo, especially for a family of four. The location is amazing and the condo was clean and accommodating. The cons were that the kitchen is not fully equipped for a family of four without doing dishes every night and the noise level from 10 PM to 2:30 AM is so loud every single night that you can hardly sleep. I read reviews and thought that I am a sound sleeper and wouldn’t Notice but it was that bad. It wasn’t even like a couple of nights throughout our weekday. It was literally every night.
Location is great.
