This amazing BlueSky condo was fully refurbished in 2022 with all of the amenities your family and friends will want for your next vacation to Breckenridge! Whether you spend your time heading up to the slopes on the Snowflake lift (just steps away), playing air hockey or Pac-Man in the community game room, taking long soaks in the shared hot tubs, cooling off in the community pool just outside your door, or working out in the gym, you're going to love every minute of your stay!
Use the full kitchen to prepare delicious meals for your guests, then throw in a DVD for a movie night on the large TV in front of the fireplace. We hope you can have a relaxing vacation, but there's also a wall-mounted folding desk in the den in case you need to get some work done. When it's time to call it a night, this condo features comfortable sleeping quarters and an additional sofa bed.
Near your stay, you'll be just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

"If" there are times when the world doesn't go as planned and there is little to no snow, maybe work with the customers to move their trip, give a discount, or find a way to make it right. Correct, we did not book the insurance and never have, thought that you all may work with us but you did not, even after it was no longer ski in/ski out. Actually when we arrived it was only ski out and after 1 day it was neither so the whole reason we booked this location was null and void. Yes, the room was wonderful, there was just no snow and 90% of the mountain was closed. Also, we were adjacent to the game room, which h was fun first glance, but the Big Buck Hunter was broken (neither gun worked), the ping pong net was destroyed and the air hockey was out of order because of a broken plug, So, it was not the best. Overall, if you are booking, make sure you get he insurance because they will not work with you to get any discount or move your days even if you offer for them to keep you money until a better date is found. Bar/Restaurant was also closed for the season so watch out.
Really enjoyed our stay at BlueSky. Very convenient to the slopes and town, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Especially loved the free shuttle service around town. Everything worked out great for our family ski trip. Definitely recommend!
At the foot of Snowflake lift and trail Unit has a interesting layout with 2 nice bedroom and the bunkbed in a small room/closet. we were 6 and had plenty of room. They valet your skis, nice hot tubs, pool, and steam room.
It was so nice and clean. Location was great. We parked our car in the heated garage and never had to move it due to the access to the shuttle.

We stayed at BlueSky Breckenridge #407 in September 2025, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The unit was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful, providing us with lots of helpful information and recommendations for great hikes and restaurants. The kitchen has modern, full-size appliances and plenty of utensils and place settings for family meals. For coffee drinkers, the coffeemaker in #407 is drip-style, and as a bonus, the front desk staff also provides daily a coffee bar in the main lobby. The master bath is downright luxurious with double sinks, large shower, and separate water closet. The master bedroom king bed was comfortable. The in-unit washer/dryer was a godsend! This unit is next to the swimming pool and hot tub area, so daytime noise may an issue for some folks. All was quiet in the evenings. Fall is my favorite time in CO, so we spent most of our visit leaf-peeping and hiking -- saw a moose on one of our hikes! We are already planning a return visit next year!
